The Pro trial and how it ends
Every new account starts with 7 days of Pro, with no card. The period counts from signup, and each account gets one trial.
What the trial includes
Everything Pro has: every live match, every column, your rules and the preferences saved to the account. There is no reduced version during the trial.
The emails that arrive
- On day 2
- A suggestion of one thing to try on the panel. It is the only follow-up email, and you can opt out of it through the link in its footer.
- 2 days before the end
- The reminder that the trial ends soon, with the date and the prices in your currency.
- When it ends
- The notice that the trial has ended and the account has moved to the free plan.
The last two are always sent, because they are about your account. Any of them can be replied to: the reply reaches a person.
When the trial ends
The account moves to the free plan on its own, with no charge — there is no card on file to charge. The free plan shows 5 live matches, with no delay.
Nothing you set up is lost: rules, chosen columns, leagues and preferences stay in the account and apply to the whole list again the day you subscribe.
If you subscribe before the end
Paid Pro starts the moment payment is confirmed, and the trial ends there. The trial days that were left are not added to the paid period: subscribing on the first day or the last gives the same period, counted from payment.
The prices are on the plans page, and how they work is in Plans, prices and currencies.
