StatGol

Terms of use

Version 2026-10.

1. Who operates the service

StatGol is operated by Flavio Carneiro Barros, CPF 024.456.097-80. Contact: [email protected].

Throughout this text, “StatGol”, “we” and “the service” mean that operator, the site statgol.com and any address that redirects to it. “You” means whoever uses the service.

2. What the service is

StatGol is an information tool. It gathers statistics from football matches in progress — attacks, shots, corners, minute-by-minute pressure, cards — and shows them in a table that refreshes itself, with search, filters and sorting.

The service also shows market prices published by betting operators, as context for what the market expected and expects from the match.

3. What the service is not

This section matters as much as the one before it. The service:

Any decision you make from what you see here is yours, and the responsibility for it is entirely yours.

4. Minimum age

The service is meant for people aged 18 and over. By creating an account you declare that you are 18 or older. Accounts belonging to minors are closed as soon as we find them.

5. Your account

The account is personal and cannot be transferred. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything that happens on your account.

The account can stay signed in on up to two devices at the same time. When you sign in on a third, the oldest session is ended. Sharing the account with other people is grounds for closing it.

You can close your account at any time, from the My account page. Closing it deletes your personal data, as set out in the privacy policy.

6. Plans, trial and payment

Every new account starts with 7 days of the Pro plan, no card needed. When the trial ends, the account moves to the free plan, which shows a reduced number of matches, until you decide to subscribe.

Prices are shown on the plans page, in your country's currency, and may change. A price change never applies to a period already paid for.

When a launch offer with a limited number of places is running, whoever subscribes within those places keeps that price on renewals for as long as the subscription stays active and in the same currency. If the subscription is cancelled, the place returns to the offer and the price is lost.

Payment is processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for the subscription. The charge appears on your statement under their name, and the receipt, any applicable taxes and any refunds go through them.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, using the same payment method, until you cancel.

7. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel whenever you want. Access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and there is no further charge.

If you are a consumer in Brazil, you have the right to withdraw within 7 calendar days of payment and receive a full refund, under article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code. Just write to the contact address.

8. Where the data comes from, and what that means

The statistics and the prices come from outside providers. We do not produce this data and cannot guarantee that it is complete, correct or current at every moment.

Live data lags, gets corrected and sometimes is simply wrong. Some leagues are covered less than others, and certain statistics do not exist for them at all. The service is provided as it is.

When we detect that the source is unstable or has stopped, the scanner says so on screen. Always check an official source before acting on any number.

9. Availability

We do what we can to keep the service up at all times, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. There may be maintenance, provider failures, network trouble or outages beyond our control.

We may change, suspend or withdraw features. Significant changes are announced on the what's new page and, when they affect subscribers, by email.

10. Acceptable use

By using the service, you agree not to:

Breaking these rules may lead to suspension or closure of the account, with no refund of the current period where there has been abuse.

11. Ownership and trade marks

The software, the StatGol name and the look of the service are ours. The names of clubs, leagues, competitions and betting operators belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify matches and markets.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the applicable law allows, we are not liable for losses, lost profits, financial damage or harm arising from decisions taken on the basis of the information shown, from the service being unavailable, or from error, delay or absence of data from the providers.

Nothing in these terms removes rights the law gives consumers that cannot be waived.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Each version has a number, shown at the top of this page, and we record which version you accepted when you signed up. Significant changes are notified to subscribers by email with reasonable notice.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Disputes are to be heard in the courts of the consumer's place of residence, where the law so requires.
